Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Garner, NC to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate receiving, picking, and loading of beverage products. You will work with automation systems, verify loads, and operate forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and are able to pass the forklift skills assessment, with strong math, reading, writing, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
• Ability to read and understand BOLs, load tickets, and procedures.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Maintains records for each task (BOLs, receivers, tickets).
• Counts goods returned and checks for damage, fullness or emptiness.
• Interacts with automation systems and voice/paper picks to verify loads.
• Operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely per SOPs.
• Performs safety checks, cleaning, and janitorial tasks as assigned.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
