Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Worker to support maintenance, shipping/receiving, storage, inventory organization, and delivery preparation within a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

You will load/unload trucks, organize inventory, and assist with delivery setup from an on-site facility. Ideal candidates are capable of following safety procedures, communicating clearly with teammates, and operating basic warehouse equipment, including forklifts, under training or supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely load, unload, move and stock materials.
• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance with company policies.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and pulling materials for pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize material damage while ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations for efficient operations.
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated according to company standards.
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Assist with product storage, material handling and delivery setup activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
