Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions preferred.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging and storing materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with accurate documentation and timing.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard, upholding safety and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials to storage areas, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative, productive work environment.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely following all guidelines.
