Job summary

SRS Building Products in Lindon, UT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials within our warehouse and branch settings. You will verify shipments, log materials, and ensure accurate loading for deliveries, while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Preferred candidates hold forklift certification, experience in high-volume distribution, and proficiency with inventory software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and safety training are preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is expected.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software applications is beneficial.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or another second language) is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety is important.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts are necessary.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments with accuracy.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard; support safety and operations.
• Distribute inventory to storage areas and perform stock rotations; report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely per guidelines.
