Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Monticello, IA to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety and accuracy in shipping.

You will pull, stage, and load orders with forklifts, maintain inventory records, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced plant environment. The role requires basic math, good communication, and teamwork, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving and documentation.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities to meet shipping schedules.
• Safe forklift operation and SOP compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
• Pull, stage, and load orders onto trailers using forklifts.
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations and document procedures.
• Ensure tasks follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance reporting.
• Support inventory accuracy and reduce shipping variances.
