Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy. The role combines hands-on tasks with workflow oversight to meet shipping schedules and customer demands.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, stage and load orders, and support inventory control. The position requires minimum 3 months in a warehouse and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of warehouse experience including qualified forklift operation.
• Yard tractor or Drexel experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving and documentation.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math for warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and fostering a team safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Safely operate forklifts and comply with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
• Pull, stage, and load orders onto trailers using forklifts.
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations.
• Ensure tasks follow SOPs, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance reporting.
• Support accurate inventory management and documentation to reduce errors.
