Job summary

The Warehouse Team Member position at EFP LLC in Decatur, Alabama, involves the safe movement of materials, operation of powered equipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support production and shipping.

You will load, unload, pack, store, and transport products, maintain 5S standards, and document activities while following safety policies. A high school diploma is preferred and forklift certification may be obtained; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification for powered industrial truck (forklift).
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills sufficient to follow instructions and complete documentation.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks and other equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Perform pack-out activities, including strapping, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations and ensure proper storage
• Supply production areas with required materials in a timely manner
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures when required
• Maintain accurate counts and complete required documentation for inventory and shipments
• Follow written work instructions and meet established quality and efficiency standards
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to coordinate workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
