Responsibilities

  • Operate powered industrial trucks and other equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and finished goods.
  • Perform pack-out activities, including strapping, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
  • Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations and ensure proper storage
  • Supply production areas with required materials in a timely manner
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures when required
  • Maintain accurate counts and complete required documentation for inventory and shipments
  • Follow written work instructions and meet established quality and efficiency standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to coordinate workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Summary

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished goods within a manufacturing environment. This role operates powered industrial equipment to support production, shipping, and inventory accuracy while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Essential Functions
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, clamp truck) and other equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and finished goods. Manual movement of materials is also required.
  • Perform pack-out activities, including strapping, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
  • Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations and ensure proper storage
  • Supply production areas with required materials in a timely manner
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures when required

Work Environment
  • Manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to support operation
Hours
  • 2nd Shift Hours: 4pm - 12:30am
  • 3rd Shift Hours: 12:00am - 8:30am
