Job summary

EFP LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Member in Decatur, Alabama, to safely move, store, and handle materials, while operating powered industrial equipment to support production, shipping, and inventory accuracy.

You will load/unload shipments, assist in pack-out, and ensure proper storage and documentation, all while following safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification for powered industrial truck (forklift).
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills sufficient to follow instructions and complete documentation.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, clamp truck) and other equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Perform pack-out activities, including strapping, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations and ensure proper storage
• Supply production areas with required materials in a timely manner
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures when required
• Maintain accurate counts and complete required documentation for inventory and shipments
• Follow written work instructions and meet established quality and efficiency standards
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to coordinate workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
