Job summary

ALDI USA is currently hiring for full-time warehouse roles in Minnesota. 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM and 2nd shift at 3:00 PM, with average hours of 30-35 per week. Starting wages range from $23.00 to $31.00 per hour depending on shift and schedule differential.

Positions are outbound-focused, involving stocking, loading, and inventory tasks across ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive safety and training programs provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in outbound warehousing tasks preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Flexible schedules including 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects outbound stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads trucks.
• Performs housekeeping to meet safety standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers and leadership through communication.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspects product quality and sanitation; reports concerns.
• Supports management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines.
