Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions; works well independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse per guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads inbound shipments.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Participates in inventory counts and assists management in process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and addresses safety or sanitation concerns with management.
• Supports budgeted goals and performs tasks accurately per policy.
• Operates equipment safely and follows ergonomic procedures.
• Notifies management of product quality or safety issues; performs other duties as assigned.
