Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) to support daily warehouse operations in Missouri. You will help ensure accurate inventory, efficient product flow, and timely distribution of parts to branches and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Previous parts experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory from stock orders and corporate purchase orders.
• Process and distribute inventory to branch locations.
• Pick, pack, and ship branch transfers, emergency orders, and direct customer shipments.
• Maintain warehouse organization, bin locations, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and replenish shipping and warehouse supplies.
• Identify, photograph, and list obsolete inventory for online sale.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with physical inventories, warehouse improvements, and process enhancements.
• Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Transportation, and branch personnel to support daily operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
