Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently handle merchandise, inbound/outbound freight, and order fulfillment at our Worcester-area facility. You will support shipping, receiving, picking and packing while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and material handling equipment per SOPs, loading/unloading, and keeping a clean, organized workspace. Prior warehousing experience preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound/ outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and distribute sales orders and transfers; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Load, unload, move and stock materials efficiently; ensure products are secured and documented with proper bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; proactively identify and report hazards.
