C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Westfield, MA is seeking a Warehouse Porter to keep aisles clean, restock product slots, and support safe, efficient operations on the 2nd shift.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour ($19.00 base + $2.00 freezer premium + $1.00 shift differential). Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM. Paid training, benefits from day 1, PTO and holiday pay, and career progression opportunities are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots.
• Clean spills including damaged product, oil, grease, broken glass, etc.
• Clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product.
• Occasionally pull product out of the slot with a pallet jack and clean behind it with the proper supplies and a scrubber.
• Cleaning break areas and offices when necessary.
• Collecting and baling plastic wrap throughout your shift.
• Sweep, mop, buff and wax floors. Vacuum carpeted offices/working areas.
• Clean bathrooms. May be required to use bleach products.
• Collect shredded paper and empty boxes. Collect paper to be taken to compactor. Empty trash cans.
• Clean fire extinguishers. Clean windows. Ensure lights are turned off and doors are locked when appropriate.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Earn $19.00 per hour + $2.00 freezer premium pay + $1.00 shift differential ($22.00 total start rate)
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
• Night Shift: 7:00PM to 5:30AM

You will contribute by:

• Clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots.
• Clean spills including damaged product, oil, grease, broken glass, etc. May require use of sawdust, brooms, mops, or shovels.
• Clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product.
• Occasionally pull product out of the slot with a pallet jack and cleaning behind it with the proper supplies and a scrubber.
• Cleaning break areas and offices when necessary.
• Collecting and baling plastic wrap throughout your shift.
