Warehouse Porter Responsibilities :

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and products.
2. Support with picking, packing, and preparing orders to be sent to the stores.
3. Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory to ensure quality and accuracy, ensuring products are stored properly.
4. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
5. Organize and maintain stock areas for efficient access and storage.
6. Collaborate with management to identify inventory needs and forecast future requirements.
7. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience

• Previous experience as a barista or in a retail environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
