Join the Walser Reconditioning Center, our largest operation supporting our dealers behind the scenes! All used vehicles go through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This facility operates at a fast pace due to high vehicle volume and multiple departments involved. With a variety of makes and models to prepare and flexible work shifts, we invite you to be part of our dynamic reconditioning center.

Compensation: $16.00/Hr

This position requires physical activity during your shift, including running, driving, stooping, bending, and lifting.

How do Our Vehicle Porters Drive Impact?

Our Lot Technicians manage inventory and keep our lots and vehicles customer-ready. Responsibilities include:

- Transport reconditioned vehicles to various Walser and non-Walser dealerships in the Twin Cities

- Occasionally drive the transportation van

- Support the Dealer Support office as needed

- Follow all safety policies and protect company assets

- Embody Walser CORE values

- Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned

We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong time management skills
