Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a warehouse planner to optimize inventory and support the LEO program’s production flow. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and Excel to ensure stock availability, coordinate with quality, purchasing and production, and drive data‑driven reviews for management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in supply chain or warehousing, a high school diploma, and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • 1+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, able to navigate and interpret data.

Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.
  • Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor.
  • Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies.
  • Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
  • Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32.00/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A day in the life

The LEO team is looking for warehouse planners to facilitate visual inventory management, collaborate and assist in process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in SAP (S4Hanna) materials requirements planning (MRP) systems, has an understanding of business acumen and judgment, analytical abilities, written, verbal communication skills and awareness to various cross-functional organization inter-dependencies.

Basic Qualifications

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
