Job summary

GSP Companies in Lenexa, KS is hiring Pullers, Pickers, and Packers for 1st, 2nd, and FLEX shifts. You will pick, pack, and ship customer orders across the U.S. in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Basic qualifications include ability to follow safety rules and read English. FLEX shifts require alternating months with extended hours and overtimes; eligible for medical coverage and PTO accrual. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with shift differential for 2nd shift.

Available Shifts

• Full-Time:1st and 2nd Shifts
• FLEX Shifts:Non-traditional work hours (see below for details)

Pay

Starting at $16.50/hour, with shift differentialfor 2nd shift.

Basic Qualifications (All Positions)

• Must be able to understand and follow all safety requirements
• Must be able to read and understand English

FLEX Shift Requirements

• Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including all required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
• Off during opposing months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
