Job summary

GSP Companies is seeking team members for our Fulfillment Area to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately so customers across the U.S. receive what they expect.

The role offers Full-Time 1st and 2nd shifts and FLEX shifts with non-traditional hours designed for alternating availability. Starting pay is $16.50/hour, with a shift differential for 2nd shift, on-site in Lenexa, KS.

When you’ll work

• Full-Time: 1st and 2nd Shifts
• FLEX Shifts: Non-traditional work hours designed for alternating availability

Compensation

Starting at $16.50/hour, plus a shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications (all Roles)

• Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements
• Ability to read and understand English

FLEX shift structure

• Work every other month for 3-4 weeks, including all required overtime (10-12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
• Enjoy time off during opposing months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

FLEX benefits
