Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator in New Jersey to unload and load inbound/outbound products, move, locate, relocate, stack, and count items with safe handling. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to customer specifications within a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Following PPE standards in the DC (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, vest).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact quantities.
• Follow customer requirements for load count and product stability.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and housekeeping.
• Promote safety and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Perform other assigned duties.

A successful Reach Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading and loading all inbound and outbound products, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting.

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

1st Shift: M-F From 6:00am - 2:30pm and 2nd Shift: M-F 3:30pm- 12am

Hourly rate

$23/hour...2nd Shift gets $1.00 Differential

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Electric Pallet Jack Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.
