SALARY : $15.00 / hr.

Potential for Full-Time based on performance

SHIFT : Nights; Monday - Friday; 5:00 pm - 1:30 am

Shifts range from 6-10 hours depending on workload

ROLE SUMMARY :

Warehouse Picker employees are a critical part of the supply chain. You will build account orders to meet the demands of top retail accounts, ensuring the correct products are placed on each pallet and verified for quality. This role ensures product integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Compensation is based on a base plus commission — the more cases you pick, the more you earn!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure loads are built accurately and timely
• Load/unload trucks, ensuring proper stock rotation
• Maintain quality control of products
• Keep the facility clean and monitor for damaged products
• Operate warehouse equipment safely

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Safe driving record
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks safely (preferred)
