We Are Looking For

The Warehouse Associate will work with Vendors & the Sales Department concerning Customer Claims via email, p rocess Credits & Rebill Invoices in EPDS, and Process Orders & Paperwork in EPDS for Shipments. They will process incoming Resale & Value Added parts for Stock or Scrap and return conforming product to stock or customers. This individual will also investigate undeliverable product returned by UPS/FedEx/DHL and assist with other duties as assigned

What You'll Do

  • Work with Vendors & the Sales Department concerning Customer Claims via email
  • Investigate Customer Claims for Non-Conforming Products, Invoice & Shipment Errors
  • Process Credits & Rebill Invoices in EPDS
  • Process Orders & Paperwork in EPDS for Shipments
  • Disposition Resale & Value Added products in EPDS
  • Process a Return to Vendor (RTV) for Resale and Value Added products
  • Process a Rework for Value Added and Resale returned products
  • Process incoming Resale & Value Added parts for Stock or Scrap
  • Return conforming product to stock or customers
  • Pull Non-conforming product from stock & prepared orders
  • Log & Maintain listing of Non-conforming products held in the Returns Dept
  • Process incoming product returned without prior approval
  • Investigate undeliverable product returned by UPS/FedEx/DHL

What You Bring

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Warehouse experience is a plus

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
