Key Responsibilities
Work as a Team to Get the Job Done
- Work with vendors, service teams, sales teams, and the Logistics Team Lead to ensure smooth delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Inspect warehouse equipment and report any problems.
- Assist the Logistics Team Lead with warehouse and office maintenance when needed.
Handle and Organize Equipment
- Receive, inspect, and organize CPM equipment and materials.
- Check equipment carefully and make sure it’s set up correctly for reuse.
Maintain Workstations and the Warehouse
- Keep the CPM workstation clean, organized, and up to industry standards.
- Regularly clean and organize the warehouse to maintain a safe work environment.
- Inspect warehouse equipment and report any problems.
- Follow all safety rules, including keeping pathways clear and using safety equipment properly.
- Dispose of waste correctly, including recyclables and hazardous materials.
- Assist the Logistics Team Lead with warehouse and office maintenance when needed.
Support Operations and Maintain Confidentiality
- Take on additional tasks to help improve warehouse operations.
- Protect patient privacy (HIPAA) and follow company security policies to keep inventory and information safe.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties and responsibilities accurately and efficiently. The following requirements represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in intermediate computer software (Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and telephone technologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with effective listening and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Customer service or warehouse experience preferred.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid U.S. driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Must not be excluded and maintain non-exclusion from working with government programs per OIG list.

Pay: $14.50 per hour.
Hours: Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
