Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with filling and packaging orders for shipment. You will help maintain warehouse inventory, prepare materials for dispatch, and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

The role requires basic packing knowledge, reading specifications, and accurate data entry. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you support production and shipping operations. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• Must be able to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
• Must have very good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher-level employee.
• Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Basic arithmetic to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must be willing to flex schedule to meet the needs of production, including overtime or a different shift.
• Must be able to use a ladder to pick items or to retrieve boxes or materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling and packaging orders from the warehouse in preparation for shipment.
• Help maintain the warehouse and inventory of products and customer supplied materials.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Place, arrange, mark, seal, and tag items in bundles, on pallets, or in containers.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Identify potential issues and involve department Lead or management to determine solutions.
• Participate in continuous training and development of employees and temporary labor.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets and into trucks as needed.
• Assist with maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
