Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with filling and packaging orders in a busy warehouse environment in Indiana. You will help maintain inventory of materials, follow packing procedures, and prepare shipments for daily schedules.

The role requires basic reading of specs, good communication, and the ability to handle boxes, labels, and packaging tasks. The position operates on 1st shift with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing is nice to have.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for orders.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Knowledge of routine packing procedures and general warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Place labels, binders, and prepare shipments with accurate shipping information.
• Move items to pallets or containers and ensure correct storage.
