Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Lavergne, TN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will operate RF terminals, pick, pack, load and unload, and contribute to inventory accuracy through cycles counts and documentation. This is a first shift, day schedule with a $16.00 per hour pay rate and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping.
• Determine product destination by scanning packages and verifying numbers.
