Job summary

NOTS Logistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. You will pick, verify, and prepare customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

The role is full-time on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–2:45 PM, starting pay $20.00 per hour, with overtime as needed. RF scanners and warehouse systems are used to complete transactions and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and order details before shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with loading operations as needed based on production and shipping demands.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with 5S practices.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
