FedEx Supply Chain is hiring for a Warehouse Worker in Columbus, OH. The role offers 1st shift hours, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with pay at $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include accurate order picking, loading/unloading, packing, RF terminal use, and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct number and type of product.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping tasks.
• Determine product destination by scanning, reading labels, and verifying numbers.
