True Brands designs and distributes beverage, gift, and lifestyle products to over 25,000 customers worldwide. We seek dependable Pickers & Packers for Day Shift to pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will ensure accuracy, adhere to safety guidelines, and contribute to process improvements while working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately from shelves and assigned bin locations using a handheld Android device.

• Sort completed boxes by destination and place on appropriate pallets for shipment.
• Restock picking locations and help keep inventory organized and accessible.
• Keep aisles, shelves, bins, and work areas clean, safe, and free of clutter.
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing products and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and established processes.
• Pitch in with other warehouse tasks to help meet daily goals.
• Look for ways to work smarter and improve processes.

At True Brands, we design and distribute beverage, gift, and lifestyle products to more than 25,000 customers around the world. Behind every order is our warehouse team making sure the right products get picked, packed, and out the door accurately and on time.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Pickers & Packers to join our Day Shift team. If you like staying active, working with a good team, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.

No two days are exactly the same, but your main focus will be simple: pick the right products, pack them correctly, and help us get customer orders out the door.

What You’ll Do

As a Picker & Packer, you’ll work throughout our warehouse fulfilling customer orders from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pick customer orders accurately from shelves and assigned bin locations using a handheld Android device
• Pack orders for shipment, making sure products are protected, organized, and packaged according to our guidelines
• Verify products, quantities, and order information to make sure customers receive exactly what they ordered
• Sort completed boxes by destination and place them on the appropriate pallets for shipment
• Restock picking locations and help keep inventory organized and easy to access
• Keep aisles, shelves, bins, and work areas clean, safe, and free of clutter
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing products and communicate issues to your supervisor
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and established processes
• Pitch in with other warehouse tasks when needed to help the team meet daily goals
• Look for ways to work smarter, improve processes, and help the team succeed

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, inventory, or shipping experience is helpful, but not required.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overtime may be available or required based on business needs and may occur before or after the regular shift.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Team members must be able to:

• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Spend the majority of the shift standing and walking
• Regularly bend, squat, reach, twist, kneel, and perform repetitive movements
• Safely move throughout warehouse aisles and work areas while picking, packing, and handling products

Compensation & Benefits
