Donaldson Company is hiring a Picker/Packer to support order fulfillment at our facility in Rensselaer. You will select parts for customer orders, verify quantities, and enter data to ensure accurate inventory counts.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate powered equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training will cover safety rules and PPE usage.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day.
• Ability to repetitively lift to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Receive and read customer orders to identify items and location codes.
• Pick and count the correct quantity of items from the correct location.
• Enter information into computer systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Move inventory using powered industrial equipment (PIE).
• Maintain the cleanliness of aisles and storage locations.
• Pack products correctly, following area-specific requirements.
• Locate pallets and product in designated areas for loading.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE.
