Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (PIE).
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Reliable team player with strong attendance.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and read customer orders to identify items and location codes.
• Pick and count the correct quantity of items from the correct location.
• Enter information into computer systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Move inventory using powered industrial equipment (PIE).
• Maintain the cleanliness of aisles and storage locations.
• Pack products correctly, following area-specific requirements.
• Locate pallets and product in designated areas for loading.
• Follow all safety rules, including PPE usage and safety procedures.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support Donaldson’s mission and objectives.
