Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking operations team members for a warehouse environment. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and offers weekly pay and a daily-pay option, with overtime opportunities and performance-based raises.

You will unload, receive, pick/pack, and ship products using WMS systems and scan guns, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior warehouse picking/packing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Overview

Wage Rate: $18.50/Hour

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
