Staffmark Group is hiring for a Warehouse Picker Packer in Fort Mill, SC. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and speed to keep orders moving.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of pick and pack experience, and familiarity with RF scanners is preferred. Flexibility with shifts and warehouse duties is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of pick and pack experience.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Tugger experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track and process inventory.
• Verify product information and quantities before shipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Load, unload, and organize products in designated locations.
• Assist with inventory control and maintaining an organized work area.
• Operate a tugger when assigned (experience preferred).

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling required.
• Good hand mobility and manual dexterity.
