Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Packer in Robbinsville, NJ. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy and speed to keep orders moving.

The position offers Monday–Friday evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment in a coffee pod and coffee maker machine distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Previous warehouse, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
