TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking operations team members to join our warehouse and distribution team. This full-time position works onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am until done, with opportunities for overtime and weekly pay via DailyPay.

Keefe Group—our division—provides essential services in a non-retail environment and offers benefits from day one. You will gain cross-training across distribution departments and may specialize in a area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders with mobile scan guns and tablets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform other duties as needed.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am - until done

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
