Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Keefe Group) is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution role. You will work onsite at a warehouse, report to the Operations Manager, and perform inbound receiving, picking/packing, and shipping to clients.

This full-time position includes benefits starting on day one, opportunities for overtime, weekly pay, and DailyPay access to earned wages. Prior warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders with mobile scan guns and other devices.
• Maintain a clean workspace and workplace safety.

About This Position

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
