Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer for our warehouse to support daily shipping and receiving. You will help load and unload products, assist with order preparation, and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Candidates should be able to lift 10-50 lbs, work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime, and communicate effectively. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus; safety guidelines and OSHA standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with inventory and scanning equipment.
• Able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from trucks.
• Break down and build orders.
• Drive forklift and pallet jack.
• Learn to use scanner gun and program (wizard).
• Drive to different locations to deliver product.
• Conduct inventories for drivers weekly (physical and electronic).
