Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dependable Picker and Packer in Jeffersonville, IN to support warehouse operations. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude, with shifts including 4th shift Fri–Sun and 1st shift Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, stock movement to pallets, damage reporting, and routine equipment inspections to ensure safety. English proficiency and RF scanner experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Prior RF scanner experience.
• Ability to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers and containers.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.
