Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer for our warehouse to support daily shipping and receiving. You will help load and unload products, assist with order preparation, and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Candidates should be able to lift 10-50 lbs, work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime, and communicate effectively. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus; safety guidelines and OSHA standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with inventory and scanning equipment.
• Able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• 80% loading and unloading product – lifting between 10 and 50 pounds at a time
• 5% Inventory control
• 15% drive a forklift and pallet jack.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Break down and build orders
• Load and unload product form and to trucks
• Able to drive forklift and electric stand up pallet jack
• Must learn to use scanner gun and program (wizard)
• Drive to different location to deliver product
• Conduct inventories to drivers on a weekly basis both physically and electronically
