Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a client in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, based in Charleston, SC. You will support the distribution process in the logistics and shipping department, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

No prior experience required; training provided. Shift is 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a $17.00/hour pay and emphasis on safety, teamwork, and quality control.

Our client, an industry leader in automotive aftermarket parts, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics and shipping department supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Accurately package automotive aftermarket parts for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications

• Inspect parts for defects or damage prior to packaging to ensure quality control

• Label, tag, and prepare shipments to guarantee proper delivery

• Assemble boxes, crates, and packaging materials as needed to support shipping operations

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, tape machines, and scales to facilitate efficient workflow

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
