Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a dynamic industrial and manufacturing operations team in North Charleston, SC. You will support daily warehouse functions, handle incoming materials, and assist production activities with accuracy and reliability.

The role requires basic forklift/pallet jack operation, attention to detail, and familiarity with inventory systems. Weekdays shift 6am–2:30pm, with a focus on safety and teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Unload, inspect, and appropriately store products and raw materials.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
• Operate sitdown forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and scanners.

Pay Range:

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?
