This labor-intensive position involves hand-building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy. Responsibilities include working from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and working in various weather conditions. The role includes loading/unloading pallets, maintaining pallet stability, and ensuring proper documentation and safety standards.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items
• Wrap pallets upon completion
• Check paperwork before loading and unloading trucks
• Stage pallets and load into trucks
• Complete partial pallets and organize warehouse space
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintain reliable attendance

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience (order picking, pallet handling, powered equipment)
• Forklift operation skills
• Experience with racking systems and stacking
• Teamwork experience
