Job description

Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift role at Two Roads Brewing Company.

The Warehouse Associate will perform critical tasks supporting production, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization at the brewery using a propane-powered forklift. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and facility upkeep to meet internal standards. Working hours are generally between 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours on weekends during peak production months.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
2. Load and unload trucks at the dock, focusing on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
3. Wrap palletized finished goods with stretch wrap to ensure product quality and safety downstream.
4. Store finished goods in appropriate locations and conditions.
5. Maintain organization of storage locations and update tracking mechanisms.
6. Implement 'First-in, First-out' inventory rotation across all areas.
7. Pick and stage materials for production to avoid downtime.
8. Pre-pick and stage outbound shipments.
9. Perform daily clean-up of designated areas to uphold quality standards.

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements

1. At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Forklift certified with experience operating gas-powered forklifts.
3. Detail-oriented with pride in every task.
4. Proactive with ownership and initiative.
5. Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
9. Experience with machinery, tools, and PPE usage.
10. Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
