This position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and proper loading procedures. Employees will work from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and must maintain a clean and safe work environment. The role involves working in various weather conditions and shifts, depending on workload.

Responsibilities include:

1. Loading and unloading trucks with pallets of products, raw materials, and returned items.
2. Ensuring proper stacking, shrink-wrapping, and stability of pallets.
3. Following warehouse instructions and documentation for accurate loading.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
5. Lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.

Primary job tasks:

• Driving power pallet jacks or forklifts to build loads as per instructions.
• Marking load tickets and wrapping pallets.
• Completing paperwork and staging loads for trucks.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and reliable attendance.

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful experience includes warehouse operations, forklift driving, working with racking systems, and teamwork experience.
