This labor-intensive position involves picking and loading pallets 6 days a week, with shifts starting at 5PM or 3PM depending on the day, and ending at 1:30AM or 11:30PM respectively. The role requires building pallets of products for bulk, route trucks, and handling incoming and outgoing trucks with strict attention to order accuracy. Employees will use electronic systems or order sheets, forklifts, and pallet jacks, maintaining a clean and safe environment in various weather conditions. The position involves heavy lifting (20-45 pounds), standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap pallets after loading.
4. Complete paperwork and verify loads before delivery.
5. Stage and load pallets into trucks.
6. Manage partial and mixed pallets.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
8. Ensure consistent attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience, including order picking, forklift operation, and pallet handling.
• Ability to operate forklifts and manage stacking and storage.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
