This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, working from electronic systems or sheets, and using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks. Employees must maintain a clean and safe environment and may work in various weather conditions. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets, and handling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each). The work requires constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap pallets when finished.
4. Complete paperwork and verify loads before trucks depart.
5. Stage and load pallets into trucks.
6. Complete partial and mixed pallets.
7. Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
8. Ensure reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating forklifts.
• Ability to work with racking systems and in a team environment.
