Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Person for the Assembly Drive location to handle pallet movements, ERP entries, and goods reception in a cGMP environment. The role requires basic math, computer skills, and the ability to work safely with a forklift and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required to perform standard warehouse tasks.
• Ability to read simple prose and follow written/oral instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in routine operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic training program (orientation, cGMP, safety, forklift licensing).
• Operate forklift safely and move pallets throughout the plant.
• Record pallet movements electronically in the ERP system.
• Perform warehouse functions: receiving, stock transfers, WIP moves, and finished goods moves.
• Assess deliveries per SOPs and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Work overtime and weekends as required; read emails and respond accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.Complete basic training program in the following categories: Employee orientation, cGMP, Safety, and PCI forklift licensing program.Maneuver a forklift (either a standard electric \"sit down\" fork truck or a double reach \"stand up\" material handling truck) expediently, skillfully and safely while transporting full or partial pallet loads of material throughout the plant, and into/out of rack fixtures.Accurately record electronically, the movements of pallets of material.Able to perform, as a minimum, the following basic Warehouse functions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; Inspection, Receiving to Stock, Inventory Transfer, material Issuance to Work Order, Return to Stock, WIP (Work In Process) Move, Finished Goods Move.Assess and unload deliveries per applicable SOP's and work practices.
