Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient Payroll Administrative Coordinator for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Roseville, CA. The role involves payroll processing, data entry, and clerical duties with signatures for payroll and direct client contact.

A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is highly preferred, capable of independent decisions, and able to work extended hours when needed. Proficiency with Novatime or Timerack and spreadsheet editing is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to communicate across a diverse workforce.
• Ability to create and edit spreadsheets and support payroll tasks.
• Experience with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll processes.
• Ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll, data entry, and related clerical duties while meeting deadlines.
• Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving associate grievances and site disputes.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime as production needs change.
• Provide transparent reporting between the client and Accurate leadership.
