Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in New Jersey to organize and manage warehouse operations, ensuring service technicians have parts and materials needed for timely service delivery.

You will receive, stock, pick, and deliver parts, maintain inventory accuracy, and document activities in the tracking system while complying with safety standards and coordinating with drivers for on-site deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with warehouse receiving preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver parts to service technicians.
• Ensure accurate warehouse inventory and proper labeling.
• Document inventories in the in-house tracking system.
• Inspect received parts and process documentation.
• Process vendor returns and maintain warehouse layout.
• Manage inventory of service trucks and dispatch parts daily.
• Coordinate deliveries to customer sites with company drivers.
• Maintain safety regulations and hazardous materials handling.
• Forecast workload 2-3 days ahead using dispatch information.
• Perform other duties as required.
