Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Detailed and accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Warehouse receiving experience.
• Computer knowledge must include MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Honest team player, growth-oriented, with the ability to do whatever it takes safely.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and delivering parts/inventory required to support the Service Technicians.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse inventory quantities and proper labeling/storage.
• Process and document inventories through an in-house tracking system.
• Receive and inspect parts and process documentation.
• Process vendor returns.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory.
• Maintain inventory of all service trucks.
• Fill service dispatch parts orders for technicians.
• Pick up and deliver parts to technicians on-site.
• Organize and clean the warehouse and vehicles.
• Maintain safety regulations in handling materials, including hazardous materials.
